2. Officer Authorization and Identification:

  • Proof of Authority: Submit official documentation verifying the requesting officer’s authorization to request information. This may include credentials or official letters of authorization.
  • Officer’s Current Position: Clearly state the requesting officer’s current rank and position within the law enforcement organization.
  • Officer Identification: Provide a unique identifier for the requesting officer, such as a badge number or internal identification number.

3. Contact Information:

  • Official Government Email Address: The request must be sent from an official email address with a government domain (e.g., .gov, .police.uk, etc.). Requests from personal email addresses will not be processed.
  • Government Organization Contact Information: Provide complete contact details for the government organization, including an official email address and telephone number.

4. Legal Entity Information (Recipient of Request):

  • Specify “Ybex Technology Limited”: Clearly state that the information is being requested from “Ybex Technology Limited”.

5. Request Specifics:

  • Submittal Email Subject Line: Include a clear ID or Reference Number for the request in the email subject line for tracking purposes.
  • Cryptocurrency Addresses/Transaction IDs:
    • Provide any relevant cryptocurrency public addresses or transaction IDs related to the request.
    • Submit this information in text format or as an Excel (.xlsx) file. Do not submit this information in PDF format.
