2.4 Each transaction is assigned a unique identifier generated by our system, which includes the details of the cryptocurrency pair and the recipient’s address.

2.5 USERS AGREE TO RELEASE YBEX FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY ISSUES ARISING FROM INCORRECT TRANSACTIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USER ERRORS OR SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONS.

2.6 Ybex does not act as a custodian of cryptocurrencies. Delays may occur due to technical or compliance-related factors, and users acknowledge this as part of the process.

2.7 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are mandatory for certain transactions. Users must provide accurate identification and fund verification documentation as requested. External compliance services may assist with these checks.

2.8 Ybex reserves the right to deny service if a transaction or user activity is deemed suspicious or non-compliant with legal requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You represent and warrant that you are not located in any jurisdiction where access to our Services is prohibited by law or international sanctions.

3.2 You agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities using the Services;
  • Provide false or misleading information;
  • Interfere with the platform’s normal functionality;
  • Use unauthorized software or tools to access the Services.

3.3 USERS ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADHERING TO THESE TERMS AND WAIVE ANY CLAIMS AGAINST YBEX ARISING FROM NON-COMPLIANCE.
