Checking Your Exchange Application Status
You can easily track the status of your exchange application at any time. We provide three convenient ways to do this:
1. Through Your Personal Dashboard (Only for Registered Users):
- Login to your account on our website.
- Navigate to the “Exchange History” section.
- Here you’ll find a list of your applications with details including:
- Request Number: A unique identifier for your application.
- Date and Time: When you initiated the application.
- Current Status: The real-time status of your exchange.
- “Executed” Status: A status of “Executed” confirms that your exchange is complete and the funds have been successfully sent to your specified recipient details.
2. Directly on the Website (For All Users – With or Without Registration):
- You can track your application status directly on the exchange page as you are going through the process.
- If the information seems outdated, simply refresh the page by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard. This will update the status to the latest information.
3. Email Notifications (Registered Users):
- As a registered user, you will automatically receive email notifications regarding your application status.
- If you are unable to access your personal dashboard on the website, you can conveniently find status updates and details in your registered email inbox.
